During 1:30 and 3:30pm today, our portal had to be taken offline for some emergency maintenance.

This was to allow a backend database to conduct a cold restart. This is not common as we run a 2-pair (2x2) cluster but due to the errors, this was done as a precautionary measure.

The restart completed and data resync'd. Once complete the errors were no longer present and we could restore service.

This did not impact any voice services and was just related to the portal service.

We apologise for the impact this may have had.
